Upgrades to sprint 1 painting game.

1) Create more painting tools like glow, size, and opacity for user to use for painting.

2) Update user clear button for more preferences of timing to clear the canvas.

3) Create a 3D clock for user to see time and changing time for user preferences when using the canvas to paint.
